The Authentic Self

There is a creative space between yourself and a new expression of yourself. It comes into being as you give yourself permission to reach out emotionally, physically, ultimately mentally and spiritually into unknown territory with a new way of being.

The shift of emphasis from fear to excitement opens the way to revelation and as a conseqence enlarged self-realization.

The  most challenging and rewarding opportunities/experiences are found in discovering the art of being your Authentic Self. And when we are authentic, we not only change our Self, we change the World.

"Come to the edge, He said.
They said, We are afraid.

Come to the edge, He said.
They came.

He pushed them...
And they flew."

"I hate being old. So I decided I wouldn't buy into it. No shuffling, no complaining about aches and pains. No struggling to remember. No afternoon naps.  Just keep working, laughing, drinking and appreciating every smell, sound, taste and touch that one can posssibly experience."
